Charged for another shipment after I clearly marked my order as one-time

I saw an ad on social media for some supplements. I'm diabetic, so I decided to try it and ordered a few bottles of tincture. I clearly marked the box that it was a one-time order. The stuff came a week later and I thought that was it.
Then on 1/27 or 1/26, I got another shipment. I called my credit card company and they told me I was charged another $48. They gave me a phone number to call. I called it right away, but the system just redirects you to messages. I requested a refund. First they only offered me 10%. After going back and forth, they offered 50%, which I refused. Then, just silence.
It seems like they're hiding their physical address and making contact a one-way street. All I have is a name and a phony telephone number. I also noticed Amazon sells their products. They get you in a loop of charging you over and over.
