Ordered a stuffed animal, took months, went to wrong house

I ordered a stuffed animal from trulucid.shop back a while ago and it took months to even ship. Then when it finally did show up they delivered it to the wrong house. Not even my address.

I emailed support at [email protected] and told them I gave them my correct address. They said they cannot help me resolve this. So I just lost $38.00 and got nothing. No apology or anything.
