Charged every week after canceling trial and no one answers

I signed up for the trial and canceled before it was even over. But they charged me anyway. Now I’ve been getting charged $19.99 every single week for months. I called and emailed them so many times and nobody ever responds.

When I try to log into the website to see my account it just gives me an error saying there is no account with my info. So I can’t even check anything. They took $160 from me and I can’t get ahold of anyone. Their address is in Sheridan, WY and their email is [email protected] but nobody answers.
