Email from Michael Cross about a debt I already paid

I got an email from someone named Michael Cross from TrustCo Debt Settlement. They said I owe money but I already paid this. The email had an address on 838 Broadway in New York.

I don’t know why they’re coming after me for something that’s already taken care of. It just feels wrong. I have the proof it was paid. I attached the document showing this.
