Card got charged $269.98 even after I told my bank it was fraud

My card was charged $269.98 even though my bank contacted me asking if it was fraud. I told them yes it was fraud so it should’ve been blocked but it went through anyways.

There’s no phone number to these places only email. I filed a dispute with my bank but they said it could take months. I’m on disability and I can’t afford this right now.
