Ordered Rosabella for health issues, now they keep charging me after canceling

I bought Rosabella for some health issues and then my doctor told me I couldn't take it so I called and canceled. I didn't even take the medication. They charged me for that one order anyway after I canceled. Then they charged me again. I called them and they said okay it's canceled don't worry.

Now I just got a fraud alert from my bank that they tried to take another $88 out of my account. After they said it was canceled. I tried to contact them through the chat on their site and of course nobody replies. I told them multiple times do not try to take money out again or I will report them for fraud. They won't answer me.

My bank was going to cancel my card and I have bills to pay the next day. This company is a scam. And now I see they have an alert about recalls for contaminated medication they're sending people.
