No company name on package and no refund either
I asked for a refund because their site says money back guarantee but they would not give me one. I lost $240 on this.
Their email came through as [email protected] and the phone number is (833) 389-0840. The address listed is 19 Bank Street, New York, NY 10014.
Gut cleanse boxes arrived but label has no company name
When I finally opened it I noticed the label doesn't have any company name on it at all. That seemed off to me. I looked it up and realized it's a knock off of another company. I paid for something that isn't even the real product.
I have the email [email protected] but that's about it. Just want to put this out there so others don't get fooled like I did.
Box came beat up and they kept sending more
Then they kept sending me more of their product without my authorization. After weeks of disputing this they finally emailed me back and said they were only going to "pause" my orders. I went to the bank to cancel my card and they were trying to take another charge on it again.
Signed up for a subscription without asking me
I emailed them at [email protected] a bunch of times asking to cancel. They keep saying someone will contact me to end it but nobody ever does. There's no option online to stop it either. I don't know what else to do.
