Signed up for a subscription without asking me

I ordered one bottle of their gut health tincture from trywildharvest.com. Just one. Next thing I know they got me on some subscription I never agreed to. They been charging me $59.99 every month for it.

I emailed them at [email protected] a bunch of times asking to cancel. They keep saying someone will contact me to end it but nobody ever does. There's no option online to stop it either. I don't know what else to do.
