Ordered once but got charged twice for nothing

I ordered a product off their website and never got it. I picked the one time purchase option but somehow ended up with a subscription. So a month later they billed me another 39.96.

There is no phone number on their site. Just an email address [email protected]. I emailed them and never got a response. They sent me an email saying my order was shipped but no tracking info or anything. So I’m out 79.92 total and nothing to show for it.
