No refund for dog product that did not work

I bought this product called CalmAxis for my dog from their website trycanislabs.com. They advertised a 90 day money back guarantee if it didn't work. Well it did not work for our dog at all.

I have tried contacting them multiple times to claim the refund. I emailed them at [email protected] and also tried through the site. Nothing. No reply at all. I lost $144.80 on this. Just want my money back like they promised.
