Ordered once, asked to return, no label for over 40 days

I ordered a one time shipment from their site trycanislabs.com. Then I decided I did not want the product. Their site had a 30 and 90 day refund policy. The 30 day one is for unopened product.

I have emailed them everyday for over 40 days. They keep saying my request is being reviewed but they never sent a return label. Their address is 4380 Baldwin Ave, El Monte, CA 91731. I emailed [email protected].

I lost 87 dollars on this. They just keep telling me it is under review. No label ever came.

Ordered dog care product, been five weeks still nothing

I ordered a dog care product from this company. After 5 weeks, it has still not been delivered. The company will not provide a refund. The shipping information shows the item went from China to Los Angeles, California. There is no evidence that I will ever get this product. My only recourse will be to dispute it with my credit card company. Their phone number is (061) 727-1319 and email is [email protected]. I paid $199.00.
