Ordered a fidget toy and never got it after three months

I ordered a fidget toy from tryfiggy.com and totally forgot about it until I saw a photo of something similar. Then I remembered, so I followed up with them because they said it would ship.

That was 3 months after they promised it would be sent and I still never got anything. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. I lost $15.99 on this. Just a waste of money.
