Ordered from Tryfluxe.com after a Facebook video, product is a fake

I saw a video on Facebook for this company Tryfluxe.com. The video made all these promises like a satisfaction guarantee and 100% refunds, no return needed. I thought I checked it out enough before ordering.

The product showed up and it just doesn't work like they said. It's cheap and totally inferior. I tried writing to them at their email [email protected] about it and they don't respond at all. Now I can't even find that original video anywhere. None of their promises were true. I lost $120.
