Ordered a ring and never got any updates or replies

I ordered from their website tryhaloring.com and just never got any order updates or tracking. I tried emailing [email protected] a few times and got nothing back. No response at all.

I spent $103.49 on this and I don’t even know if they shipped anything. I checked the address they have listed, 5511 Parkcrest Dr, Suite 103 in Austin, TX, but that doesn’t help me get my money back.

Every time I tried to get them to fix it they just ignored me. Still no product, no tracking, no replies.

Ordered one thing, got a cheap thing that doesn't even work

I ordered from tryhaloring.com and got a completely different item than what was advertised. What they sent is just a cheap product that doesn't work at all.

The app they made for it doesn't work either. I've tried emailing them at [email protected] and they just don't respond. They said they recently updated their website, but it looks exactly the same to me. Nothing's changed.
