Ring looked used and they won't exchange it
I contacted them about it and explained there was a charging issue too. I just asked if they could exchange it or even add some kind of warranty on it. We went back and forth for a while and they just keep telling me I'm wrong. They say it isn't used but I can see it with my own eyes. They won't do anything about it. I spent $80 on this.
Ordered a ring and never got any updates or replies
I spent $103.49 on this and I don’t even know if they shipped anything. I checked the address they have listed, 5511 Parkcrest Dr, Suite 103 in Austin, TX, but that doesn’t help me get my money back.
Every time I tried to get them to fix it they just ignored me. Still no product, no tracking, no replies.
Ordered one thing, got a cheap thing that doesn't even work
The app they made for it doesn't work either. I've tried emailing them at [email protected] and they just don't respond. They said they recently updated their website, but it looks exactly the same to me. Nothing's changed.
