Bought software that never worked and now they won't refund

I bought software from tryhardstop.com for $144. It was supposed to do what they said on the website but it never worked at all. I tried everything.

They made me do troubleshooting steps first before they would even talk about a refund. I did all the steps they told me to do and none of it worked. So then I asked for my money back and they said no. They just refuse to give a refund.

I emailed them at [email protected] and nothing. The software is useless. I just want my $144 back.
