Ordered from a Facebook ad, never got my item or a real reply

I clicked on a Facebook ad that took me to the Tryklyra website. I placed an order with my credit card on February 9th. After I paid, the site said it would ship in 24 to 48 hours.

I never got a shipping notification. I've emailed them twice at their support address and sent two messages through their website contact form. No updates, no real replies.

The only emails I get are promotional ones, and they only come right after I send a message. It's been over a month and I'm out $35. Nothing has shipped.
