Ordered cutting mix in April still no delivery
I've emailed their customer support a bunch of times and every time I get the same answer. They just say it's in process and that no refund will be offered until after I receive the product. But how am I supposed to get a refund if it never comes? Their address on the site is 608 e Chalmers st, Champaign, IL 61820 but I don't know if that's even real. This is just frustrating.

Ordered weight loss powder and still nothing after three months
I have emailed them over 12 times and every time it’s the same thing. It’s in production and I can’t get a refund. They have been telling me this for almost 3 months now and I still have not received anything!!! I have email proof of all this but they just keep giving me the same line.
I want my money back and I want this company flagged for selling a fake product.
