Ordered linen sheets but got polyester with missing pieces

I ordered from trylovewear.com because they said 100% guaranteed satisfaction. That is a lie. The sheets are not linen at all, they are polyester. They were supposed to be White but showed up cream colored.

Their website confirmation page says you get 2 pillow cases, one flat sheet, and a fitted sheet. What actually came was no fitted sheet at all, instead there was a duvet cover with a zipper. I contacted their support team and they made me send a video of the sheets. They just keep giving me the run around about a refund. I lost $255.99.

Bottom line is do not buy from this company.
