Ordered vapes from Facebook ad, got plastic whistle things instead

I saw an ad on Facebook for Clenzy brand vitamin vapes, the smoking cessation ones. So I went to TryNuviera.com and ordered 10 of them. Paid $103.94.

About 3 weeks later I get this package in the mail and it's not vapes. It's some weird plastic whistle looking things. Not even close to what I ordered. I looked online and found other people this happened to, and the real Clenzy company was commenting saying someone is impersonating them.

I tried contacting the website and my bank but nobody could help me get my money back. Still out the $103.94.
