Ordered large patches but got tiny ones instead

I bought the Moringa Patches Advanced Nano Microneedle Patch from Tryourplus. The order was for the large patches, that's what I paid for.

When the package arrived, the patches inside were the very small ones. They sent me the wrong product. I spent $69.88 on order #51491 for the GFOUK Nano Microneedle, expecting the large size.

I tried to contact them. Their phone number is 503-973-8907 and the email is [email protected]. The address listed is Star Drive Trading Inc at 124 W Dakota Ave Suite in Pierre, SD. I haven't gotten any reply back from them. It's frustrating to pay for one thing and get something completely different.
