Ordered 10 boxes of weight loss supplements and never got them

I ordered 10 boxes of their Moringa · Berberine × NAD+ — 10 boxes: Buy 5 Get 5 Free – Lose up to 110 lb. They supposedly shipped after my purchase on Feb 22, 2026, and I have still not received my order. I hit a wall trying to get a response from their website customer service email.

They claim to be verifying my order, yet they still have not replied since that one email was replied on 5/9/2026. For some reason the screenshot of the receipt from their website will not upload. I just want my order or my money back. It's been months.
