Ordered weight loss product based on Mayo Clinic claim

I ordered a weight loss product from their website tryourplus.com. They were using the Mayo Clinic as a background so I thought it was safe. The address they gave is 124 w Dakota ave.suite, Pierre, SD 57501.

I paid $70 for it. It just felt strange after I placed the order. I tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. I never got the product.

Now I see it was just an online purchase scam. They used the Mayo Clinic name to make it look real. I should have known better.

Ordered a product and never got it, no refund either

I ordered something from them and it never showed up. They finally emailed me over a month ago saying they would give me a refund. Still nothing.

Their phone number is out of service now too. I tried calling (503) 973-8907 and it just doesn't work. They have an address in Casper, Wyoming but that doesn't seem to matter.

I sent emails to [email protected] and got no real help. Just lost 69.88 dollars and nothing to show for it.

Ordered diet patches from tryourplus.com and they took my money

I ordered some diet patches from their website tryourplus.com and they charged me $66.98. That was a while ago and I still never got the product. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back.

It just feels like they took my money and disappeared. No tracking number, no package, nothing. I don't know what else to do about it.
