Hot tub bought on TikTok turned into a runaround

I saw an inflatable hot tub on TikTok and bought it on June 18th. Paid $54.98 and got a tracking link. Then the website just started giving errors. I still had the tracking info but there was no real tracking number or even a company name for the delivery.

Emailed [email protected] and finally got a reply but it was just runaround. No straight answers. Still no hot tub and no refund.
