Ordered glasses for Christmas, never got them, can't get a refund

I ordered some charred bourbon glasses back in early December, meant to be Christmas gifts. I got a tracking number and was following it, but then the status just changed to "undeliverable." That was around Christmas.

I've been emailing their support every single week since then. Every time, they tell me the same thing. They say they're "escalating" it, that they're "working with it," and not to worry. But nothing ever happens.

At this point, I don't even want the cups anymore. I just want my $28 back. They keep promising but I never get a real answer or my money.
