Ordered a product and shipping keeps getting delayed with no way to contact them

I ordered something from their website www.trypurestream.com. The shipping date just keeps getting pushed back, like a week or two at a time. I sent them emails but nobody ever writes back. There's no phone number anywhere on the site so I can't call anyone. I'm out $249.95 and I don't know what else to do.
