Empty package from Rosabella and no refund for beet root order
I contacted Rosabella and they said send us pictures of the package and they would make it good. So I sent the pictures. Then they said send a copy of order, I did. Then they said they had no order with my information. After that they said they found a order with my information but it was never finished. So I sent a copy of my credit card receipt showing the transaction for 67.98. Then they said I must have got it through a third party. The credit card clearly shows the money was paid to tryrosabella.com. Now they are ignoring me.
Facebook ad for beetroot supplements charged my card without permission
I am so angry about this. I read a lot of other complaints in reviews. They had a massive recall earlier this year for Salmonella, a drug-resistant strain. I think these products are dangerous. Someone could get scammed and also get very sick. I do not want that to happen to me.
They are impossible to contact. And I have no idea how they got my full credit card info.
