Facebook ad for beetroot supplements charged my card without permission

I saw this ad on Facebook for beetroot supplements. I have a friend who takes them so I entered my email and a partial credit card number. I did NOT hit the order button. But these scammers charged my card $81.90 anyway. I did not authorize that.

I am so angry about this. I read a lot of other complaints in reviews. They had a massive recall earlier this year for Salmonella, a drug-resistant strain. I think these products are dangerous. Someone could get scammed and also get very sick. I do not want that to happen to me.

They are impossible to contact. And I have no idea how they got my full credit card info.
