Ordered something that took almost two months to show up

I ordered from tryruckuspets.com and it cost me $89.99. The product took over 50 days to get here. I kept asking for a refund because that’s just too long. Their website says they respond to refund requests in 1-2 business days but they never did that.

They just kept saying it’ll arrive soon. Then when it finally showed up they said we are confident you will like it. Try it and if you still want a refund, contact us again. So they still won’t give me my money back. I emailed them at [email protected] and nothing.

Ordered a herding ball for my dog and only got a guide in email

I ordered a herding ball for my dog from Tryruckuspets.com. It was supposed to be a toy for him to play with. I paid $89.99 for it.

All they sent was a direction guide to my email. No product ever showed up. I never got the ball or any tracking. Just that guide. I don't know what else to do.
