Signed up for a trial and they kept charging me every month

I saw this product on Instagram and wanted to try it. So I ordered it. Got the product, tested it out, and it didn't really work for me. Then I realized they charged my card again. Turns out I somehow signed up for a subscription without knowing it.

I tried to cancel for two months straight. Called the number (940) 290-6879, no answer. Emailed [email protected], nothing back. Went to their website trysaphire.com, couldn't get through to anyone. They just kept sending me more product and charging me each month. I had to cancel my card to stop the payments.

I also ordered a book with my first order that I paid for but it never came. I would love to send back all this stuff they keep sending but I can't even reach them. I'll keep trying to get a hold of them to return it. Their address is 680 S Cache Street, Jackson, WY 83001 but I don't know if that's even real.
