Ordered once and got stuck in a subscription I can't cancel
I've tried to cancel it multiple times now and nothing works. I keep trying and it just doesn't go through or nobody responds. I sent emails to [email protected] and got nowhere.
They're at 680 S Cache Street in Jackson, WY. I lost $240 total from this. I just wanted one product and now I can't get out of it.
Charged twice for an order that never shipped
Now I see I've been charged twice. I got charged for the first order and then again for a second one, but I never placed a second order. So I'm out $134.16 and I have nothing to show for it. Their address on the site is 680 S Cache Street in Jackson, WY but I don't know if that's even real. I just want my money back or my order.
Ordered saffron gummies and can’t cancel subscription no matter what
I sent three emails to [email protected] saying I want to stop the recurring subscription. Never got a single reply back. I’ve been trying to cancel this for the past two charges now and still can’t. They just keep charging me on the 5th of every month. Already lost $135.84.
Charged again after I cancelled my subscription
I contacted them about it and they said I could cancel my subscription. I asked them to cancel it and to return the first order. Then the next month, they charged me again for another order. They just processed it even though I cancelled.
I’ve tried emailing them multiple times at [email protected] and I get nothing back. No reply. They took over a hundred dollars and just stopped talking.
