Ordered an undergarment and got a single earring hook instead

I ordered an undergarment from a company called Sierra using Shop Pay back on January 5th. I never got a confirmation email or any tracking info. About two weeks ago I emailed the contact address, [email protected], and I haven't heard anything back.

Today, I got a package in the mail. It was from a "shipping department" and all that was inside was one single earring hook. I definitely didn't order that. I think this TrySierra place, which used to be called Luraya, is running a scam. I paid $18 and got a useless earring hook instead of what I bought.
