Ordered from Trysoviren and tracking says delivered but no one got it

I ordered something from Trysoviren after seeing an ad online. They sent me an email with an order number and a tracking number. When I looked at the tracking it said delivered and given to an individual. But I never got it and nobody in my house heard the intercom or anything.

I contacted the third party carrier they used and they said it should be taken up with the merchant. So I emailed Trysoviren at the order number trysoviren65355 and also emailed [email protected] because they don't have a phone number. I haven't heard anything back about a refund or where my package is. I lost $121.29.
