Ordered supplements a month ago and never got them

I ordered a bottle of supplements from TrySynova.com about a month ago. I never received anything. I've emailed them at [email protected] more than twice now asking for a refund, and I get nothing back. It doesn't make sense. I don't want anyone else to get scammed by this company.
