Getting harassed by loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, and it doesn't stop even when I tell them to. They're really aggressive and rude about it.

I never applied for any loan with them. I think they got my number from some shady website, maybe trysyrup.com. I've seen that name come up. It's been going on for weeks now and I'm losing my mind.

Paid for two orders over a month ago, never got them

I placed two orders with trysyrup.com. I realized I put my zip code in wrong, so I emailed them about it right away. That was over a month ago and I still haven't received either order. I've asked for my money back, which is over $44. All I get are emails back, but they never actually fix the problem. There's no phone number to reach them, either. I can't even find a number for whatever shipping carrier they used. They just keep emailing and nothing happens.
