Ordered a dress and got charged for a subscription I never signed up for

I ordered a dress from Trythreadz.com and they never shipped it. Two weeks later they charged me for a subscription I never signed up for. I spent two weeks emailing them and finally had to dispute with my bank. They finally responded saying they would refund the money but never did.

Now it’s four months later and they tried to charge me for the same subscription again. Except now you can’t even find their page online or contact them at all. Their address is in Dallas, TX. I lost $40.

I'm just having to wait for the pending charge to clear so I can dispute all over again with my bank.
