Ordered hair product from TryThrives got a tiny bottle of something else

I found this website trythrives.com and it looked legit so I ordered 3 bottles of hair growth max liposome for 16.22 fl oz. That’s what I thought I was buying anyway. Then when the package came it was a little 30ml bottle of some brand called gopher. Not even close to what I ordered.

They charged me 29.80 first on my receipt. Then they asked if I wanted another bottle for $5. So I said yes and they charged me 19.98 separate. Then the 29.80 charge changed to 34.63 for some reason. So total I lost like 54 dollars and some change. I got nothing useful. The email they used was [email protected] and the phone number on the site is (561) 405-1049. Address they gave was Carteret NJ but I’m not sure if that’s real.
