Charged $39.80 for knee patches I didn't order

I tried to place a first order for their knee patches. One box of ten patches was $14.90. Right after, the company charged my card $39.80. I saw the charge within five minutes and sent an email right away. I told them it was an error and asked them to fix it and cancel the charge.

They didn't answer until the end of the day. They said the product had already shipped, but it was for TEN boxes. I never ordered ten boxes. I wrote them again on February 7th asking how to send the stuff back to them. They haven't answered that email either.

I'm a disabled senior on a fixed income. I just wanted some relief for my knee pain. Now I'm out this money for something I didn't even order.
