No brand name on package and hidden subscription

I ordered the Gutcleanse product from trywildharvest.com. The packaging is copied exactly from the original creator at gurunanda.com, but the brand name is missing. There is no company name or address or anything on the box that tells you who sent it.

They also signed me up for a subscription without asking. I didn't realize it until I saw the charge. I lost about $119.98 total. Just feels shady that they hide who they are and then auto-enroll you for more.

They took money from new card after I canceled

I emailed [email protected] to cancel my subscription. I didn't want it anymore. So I also canceled my old debit card and got a new one, figured that would stop them. But they were still able to take money out of my account through Chase bank. It was like 59 dollars. I don't get how they did that with the new card. I emailed them but no reply. Their website is trywildharvest.com and the phone number is (504) 206-6270. They have an address on Bank St in New York but that doesn't seem right. Just want my money back.

Facebook ad for gut cleanse that locked me into a subscription

I saw a Facebook ad for a gut cleanse and ordered it. It cost me $79.99. When I got it I looked at the ingredients and it doesn't have what was promised in the ad.

Then I found out I was locked into some subscription I didn't agree to. I tried to cancel it on their website but the link to cancel is just broken. It doesn't work. I emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. The website is trywildharvest.com. I just want my money back.
