Paid a $50 deposit for a cleaning that never happened

I hired this person from Tucker's Cleaning Services to do a deep clean of my apartment. He was the one hounding me to pick a time and date, and then he forced me to send a $50 deposit.

On the day of the cleaning, it was a complete no call, no show. It seems like he blocked my number. I tried contacting him on my wife's phone and he answered but used a different name. When I tried to talk to him about it, he was totally unwilling to admit any responsibility and then he stopped responding to that number, too.

I even tried a third number, just saying I want my money back and I won't leave bad reviews. He didn't respond to that either. I'm out $50 and my apartment is still dirty.
