Ordered shoes, they took my money 30 days later, never got them

I ordered shoes from a website. They took the money from my card 30 days later. I still haven't received the shoes and they said it was delivered. And I never got it. Their email is [email protected]. I'm not sure what the website was. Lost 48 bucks.
