Ordered a handmade hat, got a cheap fake from China instead

I saw this online store, Tumahy.com, advertising high-end goods with a hassle-free return policy. They said you could easily return anything within 30 days. I ordered a hat that was supposed to be handmade in Ecuador and trimmed in the USA.

What showed up was a cheap, damaged straw hat with a label that just said "Made In China." I contacted their customer service at [email protected] about it, wanting to use their hassle-free return. They told me to get a refund, I'd have to pay to ship the hat all the way back to China myself. Their other offer was to give me 50% off what I paid and I could just donate the hat to someone.

Neither option is what they advertised. I paid over $70 for something that wasn't what they sold me.
