Bank caught someone trying to use my card then I saw a charge from Tuno Health Co.

My bank called me and said someone was trying to make a fraudulent transaction on my account. So I checked my account and there was already another charge for the same amount, 34.95 dollars. It was from Tuno Health Co. I never made that charge.

I don't know how they got my info. The phone number they had was (385) 354-6016 and an email [email protected]. They listed an address in Lehi, UT. I didn't sign up for anything with them. I just want my money back.
