My credit card company called me about two weird charges

My credit card company contacted me. They said there were two charges on my card for the same amount, $39.95. One was from Tuno Health and the other was from Kevo Health. I didn't buy anything from either of them. I don't even know what those companies are. The charges just showed up. My card company flagged it and called me. I told them I didn't authorize either one. It's just strange to see two charges for the exact same amount from two different places with similar names. I never signed up for anything.
