Ordered a device to save on electric, never got it

I ordered a device from twentiethe.com at the end of December 2025. It was supposed to help save on my electric bill. It's now February 3rd, 2026, and I still don't have it. Their tracking email says it was delivered, but it wasn't. I've only been able to contact them through email at [email protected]. Every time I email, they just lie and say it was delivered. I can't get anywhere with them. There's no phone number to call either. I paid $22.90 for this.
