Call from "Mary" at TXU threatening to cut off electricity

This is for my relative. Some woman who called herself "Mary" said she was from TXU and told her they were going to cut off her electricity unless she sent a check right away. Said it would cost $2000 to turn it back on if she didn't pay now.

She was really scared. Mary was a bully about it, just threatening her the whole time. Unfortunately she went ahead and paid the $1000. She thought it was real.

I'm reporting this because I don't want some other senior to go through this. It's not just the money they stole, it's the mental abuse too.
