Bought a poor quality item and can't get a return started

I bought something from Tyson Classic's website and the quality is just poor. The site says they allow returns. But when I reached out to start a return, they wouldn't give me any details on how to actually do it.

Instead, they just offered me a discount on another purchase. That doesn't help me at all. I just want to return the item I already paid $99 for. I tried emailing [email protected] but got nowhere. It feels like they say they have returns but don't really mean it.
