Bought clipper guards from UFREE website but they say no order exists
I ordered something from their site on 06/19/26, it was the clipper guards. Never got the package. When I contacted them they said they can't find my order. But their own website shows the order confirmation, I uploaded the screenshot to prove it.
Now I think this site messed up my credit card because someone made a $425 purchase at ***** that I never did. We canceled the card this morning and denied the charge. I'm not even sure the website I used is really UFREE, it lists their products and their site shows the order but they keep denying it when I ask.
