Calls claiming to be UHC but number doesn't match my card

I keep getting calls from (855) 409-7073 saying they're from UHC. The number is from NY. I called the number on the back of my insurance card and it's not the same as this number. When I asked the UHC rep about it they said it's not a scam and that this is supposedly my personal health insurance advisor.

But when I look online all these reports say this number is a scam. I told my rep that if it's really legitimate then the online warnings shouldn't be showing up as scam. They should get those reports removed or something to prove it's really them. I'm not calling that number back. It's just really confusing because they keep calling and I don't know what to believe.

Phone call about a prescription I never ordered

I got a call from (866) 210-8338. The person said they were from UHC and calling about a prescription. I don't even have UHC as my health carrier and I'm not waiting for any prescriptions. Could barely understand them, heavy accent.

It just didn't make sense. Felt strange they would call me about something I never asked for. I didn't give them any info or money. Just wanted to report it.
