TikTok shorts order never showed up even with tracking
I saw this ad on TikTok for Men's shorts and the price was good so I clicked on it. It took me to their website www.ulerra.com and I placed an order. I got an email receipt right after and then tracking info came through too.
The shipment was supposed to go to my PO Box but it never showed up even though the tracking says it was delivered. I reached out to them and they said they could send a replacement. So I had them ship it to my physical address instead. Now the second delivery tracking says it was delivered July 2, 2026 at 18:36 which is in the future so that makes no sense. I spent 31.99 dollars and got nothing.
