Phone call saying I owe money for pills we already sent back

I got a call from this number (937) 730-4899 saying they’re a third party collection for Ultra Nouo Body. They said I owe $199.00 for some pills my wife ordered like 2 years ago. Only thing is we sent those pills back when they showed up.

When I tried calling the number back it says it can’t be dialed. So I don’t know what to think. They didn’t send me anything in writing or a letter or nothing. Just a phone call out of nowhere saying I owe money for something that was returned.
