Ordered a sweatshirt, got a cheap t-shirt instead

I ordered a sweatshirt from Ultras.com for $54.99. What showed up was just a cheap t-shirt, and the tags were even cut off. It's not what I paid for at all.

I've emailed their customer service four times now, using the [email protected] address. They haven't responded once. They never sent the correct sweatshirt.

I tried to dispute the charge through Venmo, but I wasn't able to get my money back. I'm out the $54.99.
