Ordered a mug with guaranteed delivery and never got it

I ordered a mug and paid extra for guaranteed delivery. It never showed up. Now I’m stuck in this endless email loop with them, back and forth, and nothing gets done. I’ve asked for a refund 34 times. Thirty-four. And still nothing.

I don’t even know what else to do at this point. They just keep sending the same replies like they don’t even read what I’m saying.
